Nicola Forth is the founder of Forth & Ledger and an experienced finance professional whose career spans almost 20 years across bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance, financial crime, legal costings and business finance operations.
A Fellow of the ICA, Nicola holds an IPASS qualification and a professional bookkeeping qualification. Her studies in legal practice, combined with her professional experience in financial crime, developed the analytical judgement, attention to detail and understanding of legal processes that now underpin her work in private investigation, forensic bookkeeping and legal costings.
Throughout her career, Nicola has worked directly with businesses and professional practices, managing the financial functions they rely upon every day. This combination of practical financial experience and specialist investigative expertise became the foundation for Forth & Ledger.
Today, Nicola leads Forth & Ledger in delivering dependable financial operations and specialist services to accountants, legal professionals and businesses. Her approach combines practical experience, clear communication and close attention to detail, ensuring every client receives a service that is both professional and commercially grounded.
